The Avaland System Integration (Avaland SI) company was set up in June 2002, staffed with specialists having a longstanding experience in the information technologies market and network integration.

Areas of Activities
We at Avaland SI offer a full range of services in the development of planning corporate information and telecommunication networks, their setting up and commissioning with subsequent support and expansion.
In the field of network integration Avaland SI offers the following:
- Design of corporate data transfer networks in close contact with the customer, international partners and specialized Russian research centers.
- Modeling the proposed solutions at the Avaland SI test laboratories, including simulation under real-time operation conditions, with the technical support from 3rd party manufacturers to ensure the highest quality of the solutions.
- Supply of materials and assembling with subsequent certification and certification of the feeble current (including structured) cable systems produced by Commscope Systimax Solutions and Panduit as well as the electric distribution networks up to 1000 V, access control, fire alarm, security systems, CCTV and other engineering systems.
- Supply, assembly and commissioning of the wide spectrum of hardware, software and network equipment of the world leading manufacturers, such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, IBM, DELL, APC, Avocent, Microsoft etc.
- Implementing the information security policy, its application and technical support.
- Devising and applying an emergency recovery plan for information infrastructure on behalf of the customer’s request.
- Expert examination of the installed equipment and network projects with subsequent recommendations.
- Planning and optimizing a customer’s network.
- Design, supply and commissioning of the data storage systems produced by Hitachi Data Systems and Hewlett Packard.
Avaland SI offer technical support and is subject to service level agreement contractual conditions and may include the following:
- Telephone or e-mail consultations.
- Remote monitoring and diagnostics.
- Localization technical problems on site, including delivery of the malfunctioning equipment to the service center and its return to the customer.
- Guaranteed visits by an engineer to instigate a preventive maintenance plan and eliminate malfunctions within the time envisaged in the contract.
- Guaranteed timely recovery of the operation ability of the equipment 24 hours a day during 365 days per year.
- Dedicated engineer services at the customer’s premises on a regular basis.
- Services of an engineer during the period of vacation of the customer’s staff.
- Post warranty service of equipment.
- Performing various works and offering consultations related to functioning and expansion of the customer’s network.
